This i think, is an AU story. (if you wish to see it like that but its basically the same storyline that follows on merlin) 

Arthur and Morgana have known each other since they were kids, they watched as Uther executed every person with magic in Camelot, and they didn’t like the idea of uther executing them. Even tho, with due time Arthur grew and with it came his responsability to take his father’s steps, and tho he didn’t like it, he followed his fathers footsteps. Morgana tried to convince him otherwise, and pulled him in the other direction but Arthur was reluctant to listen cause he had a duty and she couldnt understand it. Morgana tells him: ‘what if magic isnt something you choose, what if it chooses you?’ and Arthur ashamed cant say anything anymore. Morgana tells him she’ll leave cause she couldnt live with all the injustice, Arthur has to go one day and watches Morgana on the hallway not really believing she would leave him but afraid she might. When he returns he watches from the tower Morgana leaving, he’s heartbroken but immediately recovers and marches away. Morgana leaves, tho she comes back one day with her heart hardened and bent to see magic restored in camelot and they fight, arthur in the end lets her walk out. But they continue fighting over the years, finally one day Morgana finds him dying and takes her chaance but merlin kills her instead.In the end we can see Morgana’s last straw to amke her decide leave camelot: a flashback where Morgana admits to arthur she has magic and arthur (having grown up with her always suspected it) only said: ’ i will not betray him’ 

All the other clips of the story are meant to be flashbacks of morgana’s and arthurs life together in camelot as kids and as grown ups.

WARNING: i know this video is extremely confusing :( so sorry, most of it its made of really bad/crappy manips. but sht its the first time ive tried anything like this sooo here goes nothing :)
